Hello and welcome to another episode of NCTV on location, this time at Chessington World of Adventures.

So it’s the end of the Easter holidays at the time of recording and we’re here for some fun with my thrill seeking son Rory.

The relevant health related takeaway from our trip here today is that, from time to time, everyone should take a moment occasionally to do something fun. There are always going to be stresses in the world in the form of global pandemics, wars, increased costs of living and so on. If you allow it to be, these things can become all consuming and before you know it your stress and anxiety levels skyrocket, leaving you mentally and physically drained.

I realise getting flung around at high speed on a roller coaster might not be everyone’s idea of fun. However, whatever fun may look like for you, make sure you don’t neglect yourself and find something to do that makes you smile, releases those happy hormone endorphins and gives you a break from those everyday stresses of life, even if it’s just for a moment.
