Hello and welcome to another episode of NCTV on location. We’re back at Goring today for a walk along the seafront, although you’ll be pleased to know that I’m a little less naked than I was last video.

So we’re now in March 22 and on the topic of walking you could say we’re transitioning from Winter Walks to Spring Steps. Whilst the weather is still a little nippy, especially by the coast with the sea breeze, now is a great time to break out of winter hibernation mode, get yourself outside for some fresh air and stretch your legs.

Why should you be doing this? Because walking is one of the easiest ways to get more active, become healthier and lose weight. It’s also free, you can go wherever you want, whenever you want.

I know I’ve spoken about this before but walking, especially in the cooler temperatures, can help improve your sleep, boost your brain, fight infections and reduce stress to name a few things.

Anyway, that’s enough talking from me, time for more walking.
